Frequently Asked Questions

Can you explain what is included?

We include each of the ‘tastings’ in each tasting room as well as tasting room staff gratuities. The ‘tastings’ are usually 3 to 4 individual 1 oz samples of different wines, so 1 tasting flight per winery. Including the wine is actually a benefit; no worrying about standing in line to pay while you could be drinking wine and enjoying time with friends!

On our AZ Discovery Wine Tour – we also include a cheese plate at Oak Creek Vineyards!

On our Wine and Dine Tour – we include the cheese plate at Oak Creek Vineyards as well as Lunch at a local restaurant in Cottonwood. Again – gratuities for tasting room staff and wait staff is included!

We also include educational Wine ‘handouts’ which describe how to taste wine, identifying varietals and more interesting information for your Wine Tasting experience! Our Guides are also extremely educated in the Wines of the area as well as the Winemakers.

Bottled water is always included!

Can we substitute Wineries other than those listed on the tour?

Only if it is pre-arranged and is a ‘private’ tour. As all our guests are will go to the wineries featured, any changes , if possible, would also be at an additional charge as some of the wineries are quite a distance away or would require additional time or cost. We’re happy to arrange a ‘customized’ tour for you!

I see most of your Tours depart from Sedona & Cottonwood. What if we’re already in Jerome?

Then we recommend our Arizona Discovery Tour or our Wine and Dine Tour, where we pick you up in Jerome and chauffeur you to the Wineries and Tasting rooms in Cottonwood and Page Springs. We can easily pick you up in Jerome at any of the Hotels in the area!

Will inclement weather delay or cancel my booked tour?

Inclement weather will not affect any of our scheduled tours. In fact, Wine Tasting is the perfect tour when weather is great or inclement as you are inside the Tasting Rooms and Wineries!

Our Wine Tours are conducted in a climate-controlled van and do not require any extensive walking, unless desired. Jerome has a few steep inclines and rocky roads so comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended. We have umbrellas if needed!
